Pearl Drums Warranty Policy

Warranty Period
Lifetime: Drum set and concert shells, most hardware, rotationally molded cases, and select accessories (for original owner).
5 Years: Music City Custom Solid Shell Snare Drums, Pearl Flutes and Piccolos.
3 Years: Marching wood shells.
2 Years: Most Pearl Percussion products, Roadshow series, Crystal Beat (except OptiMounts).
1 Year: ADAMS products, finishes, electronic components, select hardware, marching accessories, and pads.

Coverage
Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects within the specified warranty period.

Exclusions
Normal wear and tear.
Improper assembly, maintenance, or repair.
Unauthorized modifications or use of non-genuine parts.
Consumables (e.g., drum heads, sticks, straps, beaters, snares, cables, wheels).
Items sold as B-Stock, second-hand, or with altered/removed serial numbers.

Shipping & Liability
Return Authorization (RA) required for warranty claims.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from Pearl.
