It offers cutting-edge features, including a lightweight alder body with comfort cutouts for the forearm and body. The three-piece satin maple neck is secured to the body with five bolts and ferrules and has a sculpted heel for easy access to the upper frets. It also features Kramer's new Key Lock system. The neck joint is adjusted using a spoke wheel located at the end of the fingerboard near the body, allowing for quick and easy access. The 25.5-inch scale length is ideal for lower tunings. In position 2, the bridge and neck pickups work together, but each is in single-coil mode, with the pin end of the bridge pickup paired with the screw end of the neck pickup. In position 3, both pickups are combined and function as series-wired humbuckers. Position 4 is the neck pickup alone, wired as a parallel humbucker, while position 5 gives you the neck humbucker wired in series.
