Non-powered Speakers – 5 years
All Other Products – 3 years
Coverage:
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
Exclusions:
Damage from misuse, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, or external influences (dust, chemicals, smoke, salt, etc.)
Products installed outside of intended purpose or with excessive wear and tear
Interconnection with non-approved modules
Damaged serial/type labels
Service Process:
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (can transfer if product stays in same installation)
Proof of purchase required; registration recommended
Warranty remedies include repair, replacement, or refund at Bosch’s discretion
Warranty period is not extended by repair or replacement; remaining original period applies
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to a certified partner or distributor
