It features a semi-hollow, 5-ply maple and poplar body with a maple center block for enhanced note sustain and improved feedback resistance. The top, back, headstock, and fingerboard are all multi-ply bound. The one-piece mahogany neck has a comfortable 1960s-style C profile and is topped with a rosewood fingerboard featuring 22 medium-wide frets and attractive rectangular and triangular abalone inlays. The large, angled 1960s-style dovewing headstock is adorned with the classic Epiphone logo and an inlaid mother-of-pearl tree of life.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003eAll the hardware is gold-plated, and the finish is a retro-style lacquer.
