The genuine one-piece mahogany neck boasts a slim, 1960s-style C-shaped SlimTaper™ profile and is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium-wide frets and small rectangular mother-of-pearl inlays. The fingerboard has rounded edges for a comfortable, well-worn feel that invites you to explore it for hours. Even the side markers are the same size and position as on the 1962 ES-335. The Gibson-style \"open book\" headstock features the Epiphone logo and Gibson crown inlaid in aged mother-of-pearl.
