ADJ Products Warranty Summary
General Terms
Warranty applies to products purchased within the U.S., including territories
Covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship
Valid for original purchaser with proof of purchase
Return Authorization (RA#) required before sending a product for warranty service
Products must be returned to the ADJ factory, freight prepaid, and in original packaging

Warranty is void if:
Serial number is removed/altered
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Improper maintenance
Warranty covers parts and labor for qualifying repairs
Accessories are not covered under warranty
Warranty does not cover regular maintenance, cleaning, or checkups
ADJ reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts for repairs

ADJ Laser Products: 1 year (Laser diodes: 6 months)
ADJ LED Products: 2 years (Batteries: 180 days)
StarTec Series: 1 year (Batteries: 180 days)
ADJ DMX Controllers: 2 years
American Audio products:
Standard products: 1 year
V-Plus Series Amplifiers: 3 years

Eliminator Lighting:
Non-LED & standard lighting: 1 year
LED lighting: 2 years (Batteries: 180 days)
Laser products: 1 year (Laser diodes: 6 months)

Accu-Cable:
Limited lifetime warranty for original owner
Covers cable and component parts
Voided if damaged by user negligence or mishandling
